How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your SuccessfulMe account and permanently remove your associated data, follow the steps below:
Inside the App
- Open the SuccessfulMe app.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
Your account and related data will be deleted within 30 days, as per our retention policy.
If You Cannot Access the App
You can email us from your registered email ID:
support@successfulme.app
Please include:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, UID)
- Your journeys and goals
- Daily tasks & progress
- Emotional check-ins
- Reflections, entries, notes
- Any AI-generated plans
- Your preferences and configurations
What Data Is Retained
For legal, fraud-prevention, and auditing purposes, we may retain:
- Payment and subscription transaction records
- Anonymous analytics data (cannot identify you)
These are retained for up to 30 days, after which they are purged.
